Choose option 1 and choose desirable complaint type.

then you will be asked to input(by voice) your name and mobile number, your complete address.

Do not forget to say your mobile number as computer operator will surly contact you.

Remember you have to say your name and mobile number and press * and then again after location entry you have to press * and so on.

You will got a complaint number.(For future reference)
