Choose option 1 and choose desirable complaint type.

then you will be asked to input(by voice) your name and mobile number, your complete address.

Do not forget to say your mobile number as computer operator will surly contact you.

Remember you have to say your name and mobile number and press * and then again after location entry you have to press * and so on.

You will got a complaint number.(For future reference)

Step 2: Option 1 >> Automatic Complaints recording System : Do not forget to tell mobile number while recording we will contact you.

            Option 2 >>>Talk to operator and register your complaint (Not work in holidays for this go to option 1)

Step 3: You will get a complaint number and you can use this for future reference.

Step 4: Complaint will be closed when complainant satisfied.
